As part of an ongoing period of transformation and development, Balibaris continues to shape its future with a simple ambition: to create an impeccable wardrobe featuring carefully designed pieces, refined cuts and premium fabrics, with particular attention paid to production traceability.

As part of our team's development, we are looking for a Part-Time Sales Advisor (25 hours per week) on a permanent contract.

As a true ambassador of our brand, you will guide each customer through a personalised, high-quality shopping experience.

You are passionate about retail and customer service and eager to develop your career in a demanding, dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and build lasting relationships with discerning customers.
• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience.
• Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our collections and showcase our products.
• Contribute to the smooth running and presentation of the store, including visual merchandising, stock organisation and replenishment.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer journey, from the initial welcome through to checkout.

• You have solid experience in retail sales, ideally within premium or luxury fashion or a department store environment.
• You are recognised for your strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities and talent for building trusted relationships with customers.
• You are energetic, independent, committed and motivated by challenges.
• You enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
