As part of an ongoing period of transformation and development, Balibaris continues to shape its future with a simple ambition: to create an impeccable wardrobe featuring carefully designed pieces, refined cuts and premium fabrics, with particular attention paid to production traceability.

As part of our team's development, we are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager (40 hours per week) on a permanent contract to lead our Covent Garden boutique in London.

As a true ambassador of our brand, you will oversee the boutique's performance, lead and inspire your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective objectives.
• Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience and build customer loyalty.
• Recruit, train and support team members in their professional development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure the boutique reflects the Balibaris brand identity and maintains high operational standards.

• You have solid experience in retail management, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
• You have strong leadership skills and enjoy motivating and developing teams.
• You are commercially driven, results-oriented and customer-focused.
• You are organised, proactive, independent and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for fashion and retail.
